It's been a month since I returned a package
(K005-50000471459) in perfect condition but I still haven't received my refund despite my many reminders.
I already made a comment previously on this subject and strangely I received a response on the platform trustpilot after a few days from Kickz customer service. They said they would process my request and do some checks but they did nothing and they never replied me despite my many reminders.
To be avoided absolutely!
