ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. I waited more than a month for my package to arrive – no information provided, no tracking number, not a single response to multiple emails. Package arrived from a different seller without return label or possibility to order one. The order doesn't appear on the kickz.de website so there is no possibility to create a return label. I was left with the delayed package with goods I coudn't return. The worst shopping and customer experience I have ever had. Still no contact from the shop!!!

Had the worst experience buying shoes ever with them, really would not recommond unless you want to pay a good price for you shoes and never actually get them. It is also impossible to reach the company. I ordered my shoes almost a month ago, it said that they will deliver them within 3-5 working days. I recieved an email from them 5 days later that my order was dispatched but after that nothing. I haven't recieved my shoes for over 3 weeks after making the order and I cannot seem to reach them no matter what. I have called them multiple times and been on the call waiting for my turn for over an hour on a couple of occasions and no one picks up the call. I emailed them twice my issue over a week ago and I haven't recieved any reply yet either. When I login to my account it says that I made no order whilst the money has been deducted from my account and I got a confirmation email. I am so frustrated with them and no matter what I do I cannot seem to reach them. It feels like the money I paid them is basically just wasted because it looks like I might never get my shoes but they will be hearing from my lawyer soon over consumer laws. I strongly suggest to never buy anything from them as it causes more headache than giving you joy over your purchase.

Probably a scam company unfortunately. It is impossible to reach them. I made an order but there is no feedback after then other than an automated email. The number in that email is not responding/functional. Then I filled a form through “contact us” in their website but again no response.

I never received my refund for my order of Gramicci pants which I returned because I was given the wrong size. I ordered them on the 19th of October and the payment came out on the 23rd. I have still not received my refund and it has been over a month since I returned them on November 8th. Appalling

WARNING! WARNING!! DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY SCAM YOU ASWELL!!! They’ve taken a lot of money and say they’ll send the items within 3/5 days, but nothing comes. They are based in Germany and do not reply to any emails or answer any phone calls. Now starting legal proceedings.

I would not give them ANY stars. Bought a pair of boots...NO SHOW...Bought a second pair...NO SHOW...NO contact..NOTHING! SCAM!

I ordered a pair of shoes and got the wrong colorway (because of a faulty website) today. When i called they told me i have to resend the shoes back, wait for a refund and order them again. This is the worst service i've ever encountered in my life from an online web shop. The woman at the phone was also totally not helpful. Don't order here, safe yourself the misery. When i look at other reviews im scared to pay again and reorder, it's gonna be a costly endeavour...

I got Jordan one diamond miss from them thinking there were authentic but they did not pass the check. they sell reps for a very high price. I am putting a easy at home check in photos.

It’s been just over a week now and they said my refund will be completed in 1 or 2 days but since a day ago they are not replying to my emails because they don’t want to give me a refund

Bought some Vans that were damaged, no contact from anyone to sort out return or replacement. Tried emails, social media messages everything. Definitely avoid!!!

I made a purchase on the 7th February 2022. Befour I make the purchase I check with there delivery information to avoid any issues. On there webpage it stated some country may accrues a duty fee please check with countries. Up on making my checks, it clearly state in the box no on there is additional charges to the UK. This is when i go ahead and make my purchase base on that information. The parcel take only three day to arrived via UPS.. UPS then In form me that i will need to paid £68.00 before they can deliver the parcel to me. I told UPS in that case i will reject the parcel because that was not i read in there webpage. I reduce The parcel and so it was return to Kickz. This was confirm by UPS along to conformation. The parcel Germany and each time I contacted Kickz they making excuses by telling me a different isstories. It has been over a month now and every single week or 3 days I have been emailing Kickz for my refund. Even if the return take longer to proces. There must be a refund policy that state a fair and reasonable time for customer to recieve there refund. The parcel is in Germany. Why is it kickz can not process my parcel? How much longer they expect me to wait ? What meant to be a simply shopping turn out to be a nightmares. UPS has done there bits. After getting the run around from KICKS via email. I decided to go and check there reviews. I was shocked to see so many ppl with the same or similar experience. Kick seem not to care about these customers review as no changes seem make to improve there customer service. I am not well a this has made me ill and stressful

On their main page they advertise 4,9 euro delivery costs within belgium. And also in the text at the beginning of the delivery costs page. But they charged 5,9 euro. I created a customer service ticket but they said I had to better look because lower on the delivery page they advertise 5,9 euro. You can better buy somewhere else because you have to pay for the return coste. They try to hide it by being vague about it.

The worst ever experience i had. Something when wrong wirh my order and i tried to contact them with every possible way but i never had any reply back. Its really bad my order is showing on my bank but they never when forward with my order

Kickz are the worst company I have ever dealt with They don’t explain anything , there orders are late , the exchange rate is ridiculous and never reply to any emails And they still oh me a refund for alot money Please don’t use them Worse company ever

I went with the whole, only people with bad experiences post reviews, and went ahead with ordering from kickz.com Jacket arrives without any tags, smelling of cigarettes and loose tobacco in the pockets.

Order did not came through, my payment did. Been waiting for over 6 weeks for my refund! Called 3 times and got the same excuse every time. I do not recommend buying from KICKZ.COM.
