“Ordered two chairs. Sent several Emails calls not returned. Took my money. To me they are a thief. WOULD NOT ORDER from them. SCAM. Save your money. CROOKS.”

“Ordered December 30th. Received an email saying the delivery was late because of UPS not delivering anymore to the UK. Received another saying that they were. Received yet another one saying that the warehouse had an issue and that the size I ordered is no longer available and the order go cancelled. That was end January. Received a £15 off for any purchase of more than £50 with them as a compensation for this charade. As if I will bother trying to buy anything from you. You ignored my numerous messages and because you said you were shipping I ignored that your competitors had the size in stock. Now they are all gone. Shame on you.”

“I ordered on the 28/12 & still not received anything on the 20/1 after numerous phone calls & Brexit getting blamed but then on the 25/1 i sudden I got a refund & after phoning them again got told it was an error but if I wanted to reorder the delivery cost had changed from £3.99 to £6.90 but the items I originally ordered was NOT in stock anymore, complete scam don’t shop with them”

“Don't order on Kickz. I ordered shoes but unfortunately, it's not the right size. I can't send it back and I tried to call them, but nobody responded and I had to pay few dollars for the call.”

“6 weeks after ordering, the tracking number says my package was delivered to an address across the country from my shipping address! I emailed and they gave me a new tracking number that says it's on a ship from China. It's been another 3 weeks and still havn't seen the package. I will never buy from kickz again!!”

“Purchased the TO MY DAUGHTER blanket on 07/10/20 and have not received any information on my order TO DATE. Thank goodness for screen shots. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK WITH!! Status shows SHIPPED (NO DATE OF COURSE) but tracking number only shows that the tracking number was created and nothing after that. IS THIS ORDER COMING FROM CHINA?????”

“Company has no phone number to speak to live person. Has taken $ 69 for a pair of sneakers since 45 days and never delivered the sneakers as of july 8th. I have been able to have a reply by email twice during the first 3 weeks. The first reply told me the package is on its way as per their tracking and the second reply told me they are sending it soon because their stock is over.”

“Ce sont des escrocs comme le démontrent l'ensemble des commentaires. Tu paies, tu reçois de mauvais produits, tu les renvoies, ils ne les réceptionnent pas et finalement tu gardes tes 2 chaussures droites ! Résultat, t'as payé deux fois le montant de la livraison, t'as envoyé une dizaine d'emails et RIEN ! Le pire site que j'ai jamais rencontré depuis l'invention du web !”

“DON’T BUY HERE!!!!!!!!Ordered shoes. Didn’t get any confirmation, but did pay. When I asked, they said the order was cancelled. I’m in an e-mail battle ever since trying to get my money back. They are the worst!!!!”

“I bought a nba jersey on 24 july. Something went wrong with the order but i still paid for the jersey. After several emails and prove of payment from my bank thet promised me my money back. But almost a month later no refund and no reaction to any of my emails. I am no considering legal action because this is not the way you do business.”

“I HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY AND NEVER WILL. I FOUND OUT ABOUT KICKZ AFTER THEY STOLE OVER 3,000 OFF OF MY CREDIT CARD. THEN I FIND OUT THEY ARE FROM GERMANY, IT'S COMPANIES LIKE THIS THAT MAKE ME ASHAMED TO BE GERMAN.”
