Horrible experience. A scam of a company. My flight of 523 dollars was canceled and adjusted by the airline so I had to book a different one. The airline sent a full refund. The refund went to Kiwi, but they have not refunded me the 523 dollars. They don't have any customer support you can really talk to on the phone. They say it takes 3 months to process a refund, but they will never action any request or contact you back. They stole 523 dollars. They did not provide the service agreed on or communicate at all and that is fraud. They are a scam.
