I booked a trip of total 4 different flights in August. One of them got canceled, and it also affected another one so in total I “lost” 2 out of 4 flights I booked. I was sending Kiwi multiple messages, but they took months to respond. I did not receive a refund for the 2 flights I lost, and today, November 16th, I received a reply on an email I sent on August 26th… Absolutely horrible experience, never booking with Kiwi again.
