PLEASE DON’T BOOK ON KIWI.COM
I booked a multiple flight on kiwi.com. One of my flight was being cancelled and they gave me alternative flight in which i need to add $600, it made my flight very expensive so I decided to cancel the entire flight. I reached out to them, promised that they would work on my refund. At first, they were responding to my emails. Now i don’t get any feedback from them anymore and it’s more than 3 months since i requested for a refund.. customer service is really bad, you cannot even talk to a person on the phone.
