Kiwi.com is impossible to reach by phone. They will not give you a refund even if you 'play' by all their rules. They will answer emails but make up new demands one after another so that is imposdible to get a refund.
They are scammers!
They do not deserve any stars what so ever. Think twice before you purchase....
