Two very bad experiences with them : surbooking bad experience and no refund when airline allows it!
Tip for consumers: Just don't use this site... go directly to airlines companies!! it's even cheaper sometimes than on Kiwi.com!! and they will refund you if you have a problem... Not as Kiwi who keeps the monney arguing that it is their terms and policy while airlines have probably refund Kiwi for the non used flight... Impossible to get a refund!!!!
