Their check in form wouldn’t let us put only 2 peoples details in out of the 3 travelling - this meant we had to try and check in at the airport which would’ve cost £55 for each of us both ways. This was entirely the fault of their website, other websites allow check in of each person individually. You are also unable to check in directly with the airline because they generate a random email for your check in.
We tried to contact them about their issue but they were no help.
DO NOT BUT FROM THEM, THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
