It had all to do with a change of scheduled flights from Athens to Larnaca which was brought forward. Kiwi did not inform us about the time change (acknowledged to them by the airline 3 weeks earlier ) and it was only 24 hours earlier (during check in) that we realised we couldn't afford to travel. As a result , new last minute tickets at our own expense, and after 3 emails to kiwi, our compensation claim was declined. No refund, no excuse. Please do not use this flight operator. If something goes wrong you cannot rely upon them Keep clear, to save your budget!
