I wish to give -5 for Kiwi.com - Had family medical emergency and booked a ticket to India from their site. Next day had COVID issues and also noticed the PR card expired.
Things in control so called Kiwi to cancel and refund the amount. Their customer service rep keep repeating that I have no option to cancel as it’s doesn’t falls under their 48 cancellation policy and now if I may then get zero refund.
Spent 2500 CAD and my family needs money for their medical and I am back and forth with these guys begging for my refund. Part I agree it was my fault but not getting partial refund which drives us insane.
These sites must be banned - horrible Customer service zero attitude to try and help.
I am not leaving them - will be taking legal action against them until I get my money back.
