Kiwi failed to follow up with airlines whatsoever and we could not fly over the Christmas and New Years Holiday. We had to rebook another flight and had to eat thousands of dollars because of it. Kiwi tried blaming us even though the airlines said they didn't receive certain requests that Kiwi had to make before we could fly!! DO NOT USE KIWI FOR ANYTHING. Horrible company. Worst experience of my life. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Absolutely dumbfounded at their negligence and lack of professionalism. I will be filing official complaints against them with Department of Consumer Protection.
