Horrible Company - AVOID
My flights were cancelled by the carrier 3 months before I was due to travel. They though would not refund the flights to me, even though others I was travelling with that bought direct with the airline got a refund as the issue was with the carrier. i have had to dispute through my credit card provider.
Other flights with them have changed significantly. Their customer service is horrible, they are horrible. Also now found out they aren't ATOL protected.
