Kiwi is the worst .
Can't talk to an agent ,they are unprofessional
They give you the run around and do nothing until you can't rebook and have to forfeit your flight.
The app won't work most of the time so you have to use their agent and they are impolite and and achieve absolutely nothing .
They constantly remind you that you have to pay and provide no service .
They should be aware to be I the tourism industry.
