Please, for your own sanity, do not book with this agency.
1. You cannot speak to a human, no matter how much extra money you pay to upgrade your ticket.
2. Their online platform is incredible useless.
3. Once you resort to chatting online with an agent, your one question (good luck if you have more than one question) sifts through three or four agents, so your actual question is completely disregarded and you get a typical response from a company trying to divert from the issue at hand.
After experiencing this and reading these reviews, I started to laugh. It's really my fault for not reading the reviews beforehand.
