If you have any flight issues with the airline and miss a flight the options provided to you are so ridiculous that it makes you have a worst experience and end up spending MORE money.
We had our flight redirected to another airport due to weather issues and lost our connection. The flight was a direct 4 hour flight to our final destination. The only flight Kiwi provided was a 53 hour flight that would land in another country with vida and different Covid requirements... (We we're also traveling with 2 kinds under 4 years old). The refund option was just 20% of the total cost of a two flight schedule... I know this is an edge case, but this seems so outrageous... I don't wish this on any one
