Bught tickts for my parents. First they took 3 days to send one of the confirmations. Worst... i provided correct names just as they are on the passports, cuz they are really stricts in airports in South America, and they wrote the names incorrectly when making the booking with airline. Now they wanna make me pay for a mistake they made and i will have to pay extra to fix this...
They keep telling me to wait so I have half trip on hold thanks to them
