I will not use them again and I would not recommend using them.
I paid for a 10 kg bag but when I arrived at the gate, I had to pay AGAIN for the the bag.
They don't have a customer service team, I messaged them asking for a refund, its been 5 weeks since I first emailed enquiring about an email. I have followed up several times and STILL have NOT yet received even one reply.
