Kiwi is trully horrible! I had the worst experience! The site send me a message saying my flight had been affected. Since their page offers limited to no information and their virtual agent is useless i had to taje a cab back to the airport to check with the airline. My flight was NOT affected. It ruin my trip because i had to cancel plans to make my way to an airpior two hours away!
Dont use them unless you want to experience a lucid nightmare!
