Its a scam website. Save yourself trouble book it with the airline itself. These people are just scam, i had to postpone the trip and had to pay the entire trip i booked with kiwi. In the same trip one of the airlines i booked directly, i only had to pay the difference in cost but the flights i booked with these guys i had to repay the entire trip.
