No human to reach for help. at best, you get a chat with an AI, or just send a message, and hope for a reply.
For a refund, you get credit on their weibsite, so you'll HAVE TO use this horrible service again, or you get a refund back to your card/account 3 months later.... that's THREE MONTHS LATER.
They're REALLY GOOD at taking your money, but after that, they don't exist for help.
