They are scammers!! Don't ever book through these people. The horrible rating of this agency shows how useless these people are.
Airline will not entertain any change request if you go through this agency. This agency will not bother helping you or contacting the airlines for you, so even in a state declared emergency you will be left with no choice but to throw away your money.
What horrible customer service these people have. The worst travel agency ever!!
