Didn't get money back despite agreement
Bought tickets from Egypt without luggage, but it said luggage could be checked in 36 hours before departure.
Spoke to the help desk, English speaking insider, totally impossible to understand, however we were told that they would return the amount as we canceled within 12 hours.
Of course that didn't happen.
Wrote with support several times with no response.
Should probably check trustpilot and facebook in the future before doing business with fraudsters.
