I wish I had read reviews before using this company. I can just confirm that I also got scammed and robbed of money that the flight company (norwegian) was happy to give back. I wonder what kiwi does with all the money they keep? Customer service is a joke, they speak poorly english so they didnt even understand my question. They didn’t show any intention of helping or to adjust their behaviour to make a better customer experience.
Dont use them! Me and my relatives, for sure, will never use them again.
