Despite the airline canceling the flight (which kiwi wasn't aware of before i called) and the need to cancel and rebook the whole flight due to no other option being provided by the original carrier till the next day, kiwi would not refund the full ticket amount. Awful customer service and 4+ months in constant follow-up to get any resolution.
