Absolute disgraceful company. Booked flights, got confirmation and then suddenly 10 days later I'm told my return flight isn't available because they made a human error. The so called free alternative they offered meant a stopover and travel time of 16 hours instead of 8 hours. So I choose the full refund option they offered me. When I rang and asked for the refund I was then told that because they offered an alternative then it would be a voluntary refund and so I would lose my money (£1500). When I explained that they sent me an email offering a full refund, I then had to provide them with evidence of the email they sent me. You couldn't make this up! So in essence they were calling me a liar when I rang and I had to prove I wasn't. I'm still not clear I will get my money back (well I will because I will take this to court if I have to). AVOID AT ALL COSTS
