I used Kiwi.com to book a return flight from Frankfurt to Toronto. The flight failed to be booked despite receiving confirmations. I was stranded at the airport and only received communication from Kiwi.com 7.5 hours after I notified them of the mistake. Kiwi.com continued to make mistakes as they booked accommodation on the incorrect date as I need to stay over night at the airport. Kiwi.com failed in their organisation and communication. I will never use Kiwi.com again and I would recommend those who consider Kiwi.com to not use their services.
