Most disappointing with Kiwi.com. Would never use it again
Very unorganized company. Booked a flight trough Kiwi.com only to find out I’ve couldn’t online check in because of a technical fault. Had to pay an extra fee of €55 for desk check in. Apparently not the only one with the same problem, so I’ve been told when I was paying my desk check in fee. Highly disappointing. Would never ever use them again.
