I have never experienced such disorganised service in my life.
Check in system did not communicate with airline: resulting in us paying an extra £55 per person to check in.
Return flights cancelled for no reason.
Customer service is probably stretched and no one seems to care.
People do your research. Pay a little extra and buy DIRECT!
This was an awful experience and will ruin your holidays.
I hardly ever complain, but the level of unprofessional Ian is beyond imaginations.
