Very bad experience....
We have to cancel a flight Varsovia to Barcelona (340€) due to a urgent hospitalization of the mum who has to flight (heart problems 1 week hospital) & Ask for refund or for Kiwi Credits to flight within 2 or 3 months. They just give back 10€ !! :( Wizz Air the flight company refund the total money in case of cancelation (Just charge 85€) For cancel within 14 days of the flight departure.... But because we book with kiwi.com we have to ask the travel agency (Kiwi). So at the end kiwi collect 330€ from us
