Horrible company with a dodgy refund policy. My flights were delayed by the airline and they sent full refund months ago. To date kiwi has yet to send it or even acknowledge they received it. I have sent them written confirmation from the airlines but kiwi is refusing to accept it.
Avoid booking through this company at all cost!!
