Kiwi.com is a scam and rip off. They nickel and dime every aspect of travel. Technically, a person is allowed to cancel within 20 minutes, but this is not the case.
Ultimately, their flights, once you add evrerything, are double the price that you can find elsewhere and their customer service is horrible.
Any other flight booking service is better!
