the airline has rescheduled the flight by moving it to the same time on another day. Kiwi.com accepted the reschedule on my behalf without consulting me, as they have it in their terms and conditions, that if the reschedule is less than 24 hours, they automatically accept the reschedule. Of course, I cannot make the new time and won't be able to travel on a rescheduled flight. Now, I cannot even get a refund from the airline, I can only get 10 EUR voucher from kiwi.com on 300 EUR ticket. Shame on you Kiwi.com! I will never use your services again. Given the amount I am losing, the slightly cheaper price of tickets does not justify using Kiwi.com ever again
