really bad customerservice, they do senda ton of junk emails, and when you need them they provide unusefull solutions, they stall and try, in every way to keep the money when the have to refund. - my flight was cancelled, i spoke with the carrier, the paid a full refund - but KIWI.com offerd me "kiwi points" refused to pay, when i threathend to file charges they returned 85% of what i paid - leaving me fighting for the last of it... struggle is still going on here two months later.
