Scam company....not too much to add to what everyone has said. Booked a flight and then had to change it, the airline returned the money to them and instead of sending me back the £555 they gave me an £8.51 credit and then fobbed me off. Called customer services, live chat and so much more for days.
Fortunately I raised the dispute with my bank (Monzo) and they returned the money while they continue the dispute with Kiwi.
I was naive in not checking them out before I booked because the experiences here corroborate mine. Shocking customer service designed to gaslight and mislead you like you've done something wrong while they keep your money. I didn't realize how intentional that was. Big lesson and to anyone reading, especially regarding flights, just go direct to the airline which is what I am doing going forward.
