I booked a flight for the 25th of April and when I got the confirmation it said the 24th not the 25th. So I immediately tried to cancel the flight as per their booking policy says that if they did not book it through the airline that you can cancel it. I was unable to cancel it because it showed that it booked immediately through the airline which is not possible because I got a confirmation about 20 to 30 minutes later showing that it was confirmed by the airline. When I contacted customer service they basically said tough luck it's your mistake and we don't care. So if you make a mistake or their website makes a mistake you have no recourse but to accept the flight that they choose for you. They will tell you is your fault. So basically I am out several hundred dollars and they don't care. buyers beware
