Never try them. It is a waste of time and money. No sense of customer satisfaction.
i cancelled directly through the Airlines 2 weeks before the date of departure. The Refund will be going to Kiwi. But the twist is that Kiwi will only refund 10 EUR as Credit to book from their site the next time u plan ur travel.
Who will ever plan? I will post this in facebook and all other social media. At least in this era of customer satisfaction people should not take us for granted just for easy money.
