I booked twice for a world travel. We canceled the 1st BOOKING within 24 hours. We have used the 2nd booking round the world trip. Kiwi is supposed to refund the 1st booking within 24 hrs or so. It has been about two weeks, I have not got the refund. My credit card is charging me twice. As Kiwi do not have good customer service email or phone communication is a problem. It's a $7500.00 refund expect it to be resolved soon. It is a frustrating experience.
