So you are my agent since I booked through you, you took the fees for apparently no support whatsoever (you had not even known our flight was cancelled until after I called you the next day also you initially offered me next day flight with 20 hours flight time and additional hefty fees and only after I told you that wizzair offered a change in flight which you do well know since it is EU regulations, you eventually managed to change my flight)
Considering all that, I do not blame you personally, but I consider this event of case handling highly unprofessional, possibly constitutionally offensive and I would like to inform you that this case will face the court of justice so you might want to forward for a higher up.
Money machine will no longer go brrrr.
Thanks for nothing and I hope I will always avoid even the fruit aisle in every store just not to remember this disgrace.
