I booked twice with Kiwi.
- Once, my flight in Milan was canceled and they issued vouchers to hotels that were 90 KM away.
- Second, I tried to cancel my flight within an hour after booking due to personal reasons. They canceled my flight, kept my money and refused to undo the cancelation after I told them i wanted to take the flight.
