I have had the worst experience with Kiwi, by far the worst of all online travel agencies. I booked my flight two months ago, and now they have changed my flight date without my permission. When I informed them that I have an important meeting on the original date I booked, they showed no concern whatsoever. They are also refusing to issue a refund.
To add to the frustration, the checked baggage allowance they provided is only 10kg, which is completely inadequate. Overall, Kiwi's service has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
