Not great service from kiwi.com
I requested an extra bag on a flight, which was 2 flights but not a self transfer. They failed to add the bag to 1 flight but still added to the other, which is useless. They refused to give me a full refund even tho my request for extra baggage was 1 purchase not 2 separate ones as they completes half my requested, which again is useless without the 2nd flight.
