At my very first experience and the last one. kiwi app was showing me updates and information of my return flight, following the information, I found out myself blocked in the airport cause the flight never existed. I contacted kiwi support by phone, being abroad so with international roaming, I had to call them 10 times to find a solution: other flight that forced me to stay overnight in a third country. They didn’t refund hotel / transport / food and worst not even the 140€ I spent just calling them to fix the problem
