WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, do not buy any tickets with them! I have a flight that changed the time schedule, Kiwi.com was noticed 4 days before and did not communicate me, when I had the opportunity to change my plan with no additional costs. I figure out the change in the day of the flight and I had no availability to the new time schedule. Kiwi.com said that was not possible to refund or pay me another ticket in other flight company, because it was the flight company's fault, which proved that Kiwi.com was noticed earlier. So, Kiwi.com did not care and said it was nothing to do about it.
