Extremely disappointed with Kiwi.com. I purchased a ticket with a 3-hour transit, but after the purchase, they changed it to a 68-hour (!) transit. When I contacted customer service, they blamed the airline, but after doing my own research, I discovered that the flight they sold never existed. The airline confirmed that they have no flights on that day, and that this route only operates once a week. Kiwi.com has refused to provide a reasonable solution or a full refund. I warn others against using Kiwi.com – they sell tickets for non-existent flights and take no responsibility. I strongly recommend avoiding them, and I will be reporting this to the relevant authorities.
