I had a horrific experience with them also. I’m traveling within Canada and found them on Kayak. Kiwi listed their price but failed to clarify that the currency is in Euros, so when the charge hit my credit card it was much more than I agreed to.
Worse yet, their customer service is horrendous. They’re petulant, argumentative, ignore what you’ve told them, repeat themselves and refuse to fix the problem whatsoever. I’d NEVER USE KIWI.COM AGAIN.
