For a flight with DAT airlines, they charged €52 per person for checked baggage—even though all DAT fare classes already include baggage in the ticket price. This kind of pricing manipulation is unacceptable. It’s clear that Kiwi profits through hidden charges and shady strategies. Always compare prices directly with the official airline websites. For a simple Pantelleria–Milan flight, I ended up paying about €100 more per person than I would have by booking directly with the airline. Customer service? Useless.
