Horrible company. I booked a flight to arrive at my final destination on a specific date and time, but as soon as I made the payment, they sent me an email with a different arrival date. I tried calling Kiwi support numerous times, but they couldn't resolve the issue—even after I spoke with a "manager." I eventually called the airline directly, and they resolved it in less than 10 minutes. Never again!!!
