Ryan is very unprofessional. Product came in damaged and unlike advertised. When bringing it to his attention he got an attitude. When I gave public review of how upset I was with the product he then cussed me out and refunded the price of the controller. Do not use this excuse of a business for anything. You're better off digging in the damaged boxes at GameStop.
