“Took longer than expected for the controller. Was promised a certain date for Christmas but it almost did not arrive. Then I received an email saying they felt rushed so they forgot the bumpers on the controller so those had to be sent separately. I was frustrated. My son is finally able to use it, then eventually the left joystick is stuck on going left. I reached out a few times to ask for assistance with no response. I paid well over $100 for this controller to get this kind of experience.. don’t recommend”
“Ryan is very unprofessional. Product came in damaged and unlike advertised. When bringing it to his attention he got an attitude. When I gave public review of how upset I was with the product he then cussed me out and refunded the price of the controller. Do not use this excuse of a business for anything. You're better off digging in the damaged boxes at GameStop.”

Unusable product. Then refused a refund and wanted me to pay for return so they could look at it. A total rip off. I spent $172 dollars for this product. I may as well have just burnt that money.”
